Correction du programme d'erreur «Choisir une autre application» non associé à Windows 10

Lorsque vous cliquez avec le bouton droit sur un fichier et sélectionnez Ouvrir avec… sur un ordinateur Windows 10, l'erreur suivante peut apparaître:

Ce fichier n'a pas de programme associé pour effectuer cette action. Veuillez installer un programme ou, si un est déjà installé, créez une association dans le panneau de configuration des programmes par défaut.

Ou si le menu Ouvrir avec… se développe et que vous cliquez sur l'option Choisir une autre application dans le sous-menu, la même erreur peut apparaître.

Cela se produit si le registre suivant, ses sous-clés ou certaines de ses valeurs sont manquants:

 HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ Inconnu 

Pour résoudre le problème, téléchargez w10_unknown.zip, décompressez et exécutez le fichier REG joint w10_unknown.reg.

Remarque: ce fichier REG doit être utilisé uniquement dans les systèmes Windows 10. Pour une version Windows XP, Vista et 7 de ce correctif, consultez cette page.
